Description
The Sauvignon vineyards are grown on mixed soils, with the presence of clays, porphyries, gravel and lime which give a natural minerality to the sip the final. The cool climate and the strong temperature changes between day and night temperatures, make the grapes ripen very slowly, greatly enriching them with aromatic finesse. The must ferments and ages in steel tanks for a few months before being put on the market.
