Yes. Returns are only accepted at the discretion of the management and when goods are returned in a resaleable condition. Product labels, outer packaging need to be intact. Products sold as full cases are only accepted if returned sealed. Products that have been chilled are not accepted. Once returned products are confirmed that they are still in a resaleable condition a refund is issued.
