Orders & returns

Returns are only accepted at the discretion of the management and when goods are returned in a resaleable condition.  Product labels and outer packaging need to be intact. Products sold as full cases are only accepted if returned in full and sealed. Products that have been chilled are not accepted.

Once returned products are checked and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition, a credit note/refund will be issued.

You can place your order online and collect from out outlet in Balzan. Kindly choose 'Collect from Outlet' upon checkout. You will be notified when order is ready to be collected.
