Delivery & Returns
Delivery Costs
Delivery is free of charge to any address in Malta and Gozo when exceeding €50. Orders below €50 will incur a €5 delivery charge which is added automatically upon checkout. Value of orders exclude any tasting event tickets.
Local & International Delivery
We deliver all over Malta and Gozo. Once payment is confirmed, deliveries are scheduled according to locality. For deliveries outside Malta and Gozo kindly get in touch with our team of sales@kontradamerchants.com
SCHEDULING Delivery
If you would like delivery to be done on a particular day or time, kindly let us know in the comments. If you are not able to receive the delivery on the requested date and time, kindly provide contact details for person authorised to receive delivery in your name.
Click & Collect
You can place your order online and collect from out outlet in Balzan. Kindly choose 'Collect from Outlet' upon checkout. You will be notified when order is ready to be collected.
Damages During Delivery
It is the responsibility of the person receiving and accepting goods to check that all are in good condition. Any claims of damaged products need to be logged with delivery person at time of delivery.
RETURNS & Refund policy
Returns are only accepted at the discretion of the management and when goods are returned in a resaleable condition. Product labels and outer packaging need to be intact. Products sold as full cases are only accepted if returned in full and sealed. Products that have been chilled are not accepted.
Once returned products are checked and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition, a credit note/refund will be issued.
Out of Stock / Replacements
We strive to have an up-to-date stock on our e-shop. In certain cases, products with limited stock can be sold through our outlet in Balzan at the same time. In such cases we will be in touch to organise a replacement.
