Description
This wine is fine, prestigious and refined. It is made by the blend of Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon and Riesling grapes. The vines are cultivated on marl, light and hot soils. The grapes are lightly pressed and separated from the sediments by a natural precipitation process; then the must ferments under temperature control.
Tasting Notes :
The color of de Vite is lively, light yellow, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose the aromas are very clear: flavors of fresh apple, lemon grass with light hints of vanilla. The aromas evolve in the glass after a light oxygenation, releasing a floral ensemble of considerable intensity. Lively on the palate, fresh in character with a fine, refreshing well-balanced acidity. The fruity and floral aromas are also repeated on the palate and give the wine its true character.
