This is a tribute to the first “historic” truffle product that were made over thirty years ago, marking a game-changing shift in the world of truffles. Still today the same recipe were followed using the same ingredients, such as the most ripe and most fragrant black truffles, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the freshest mushrooms selected by hand and, above all with the same care and love. Ideal on pasta and risotto dishes, bruschetta, escalopes, pizza and sandwiches.
