Based in Castelvetro di Modena, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, Manicardi is a family-rooted agricultural producer whose expertise spans both winemaking and the art of balsamic vinegar. Drawing on generations of tradition, the estate combines carefully cultivated local grapes, skilled craftsmanship and a deep connection to its territory.
Its range includes distinguished Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Modena, slowly aged in small casks made from different woods to develop remarkable depth and complexity. Alongside them are Manicardi’s Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro wines—vibrant, expressive sparkling wines produced from grapes grown in the estate’s hillside vineyards and celebrated for their character and versatility.
