100% Trebbiano cultivated on the sloping hills that look out at the Adriatic Sea. A journey into the depths of memory to reminisce. It is fermented in stainless steel vats in maceration with a small quantity of skins. The acidic freshness on the palate is firm, decisive like a blade.
Tasting Notes :
Pleasant and sapid closure with a slight saline accent. It smells of aromatic herbs among which oregano stands out. A stretch of dried citrus peel, light marmalade and nuts on the finish.
