Description
A Riesling from losely, loamy and Danube gravel terrain, full-bodied and elegant. In the vineyards of Nikolaihof, wine is made without herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or any other chemical-synthetical treatments. To strengthen the vines and the soil they work with the horn silica- and the horn-manure-preparate. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Tasting Notes :
Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine yellow fruit nuances, hints of peach and mango, delicate minerality. Taut, white apple fruit, racy acidity, lemon touch, salty finish, very lively and light on its feet, an animating summer wine.
