Description
Under the Mosaic label, it is the diversity of the terroir mosaic that leaves its mark on the wine. The marl-limestone-sandstone hillsides combined with the particularly dry and sunny climate allow the expression, thanks to the winemaker’s sensitivity, of a unique brilliance and identity. Emile Beyer’s Eguisheim Mosaïque combines the best of Riesling (60%) and Pinot Gris (40%) in one knockout blend that is nothing short of enthralling.
Tasting Notes :
Yellow ripe fruit of peach and dried apricot, with touch of citrus fruits. Delicate notes of mineral complete the aromatic pallet. It presents a good balance: strong, refreshing and mineral. The final is persistent with a touch of spice, and the saltiness develops the aftertaste. This wine is giving a nice sensation of a crisp and ripe acidity.
