Description
As a red-winemaker, Antonio Papa happily converted to white wine after finding a valid piece of land to plant the Falanghina (50% Benevento clone and 50% of the Phlegraean fields) and finally produce the Falerno del Massico Bianco. Antonio had also added 12% of Moscato produced from a vineyard (actually they are rows) that has always belonged to the family and is close to 30 years of age.
Tasting Notes :
The wine preserving the notes of fresh fruit and flowers on the nose, with a marked presence of passion fruit and orange peel. On the palate it alternates freshness and breadth with freshness and depth.
