Description
The estate’s top Gavi, Titouan is named after the lead horse of the estate. The vineyard is farmed without chemicals and the only sounds are those of Henry and the horse as they tend to the healthy soils of the vines. Once harvested the wine is produced and bottled with no sulphur added, partly in stainless steel and partly in used wood.
Tasting Notes :
The wine reveals fragrant floral and stone fruits like fresh peach and nectarine aromas followed by white stone fruit flavours with high make this a richer and fuller style of Gavi.
