Description

The Spinolas, one of Europe’s oldest families, are traceable to the 9th century. Massimiliana Spinola took over the estate (and castle!) on the death of her father and immediately applied bio-dynamic methods in their 20 hectares vineyard. The wines had been certified organic and biodynamic since 2007.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of fresh orchard fruit and a backbone of stony minerality have led this wine to be described as the Chablis of Italy. Excellent with light pasta dishes and seafood.
