Description
Etna Bianco Outis Bianco Outis is crafted from the grapes of Vigna Chianta in Contrada Ronzini: 20,000 square meters of vines planted in the alberello method, facing east, at an altitude of 640-700 m above sea level, in volcanic soils with red pumice. The grapes present here are Carricante, Cataratto, Minnella, and a small amount of old Moscatello plants. The grapes that contribute to Outis are processed exclusively in steel.
Tasting Notes :
The nose is expressed with aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, white peach, and exotic fruit, followed by hints of minerality and notes of fresh grass, sage and rosemary. The taste is enveloping, with an aromatic profile that has great olfactory impact, lots of flavor, and a long, refreshing finish.
