Description
La Lence de Fontbonau is composed of the valley’s northern grape variety Viognier (10%) and the southern darling Roussanne (90%). The wine comes from a parcel of just 1 hectare, which is why the modest harvest yield ends up at approx. 600 bottles. 65% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, the rest in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes :
This white wine has fresh cream and melted butter on the nose, a touch of honey and orchard fruits. It’s rich and rounded on the finish, with a good persistent nougat flavour.
