Yet, it is only in 2002 that the owners started to focus on this wine and invested in new equipment adapted to making this wine. It is a Pessac Léognan which benefits from all the know-how of Stephan Von Neipperg who also produce Clos de l’Oratoire, Château Soleil and Château Croix du Rival. Tasting Notes :
A riper, round, textured, medium to full-bodied white, it has ample honeyed peach and citrus fruits, some spice and tropical flower notes, good overall balance, and a clean, dry finish. This is a delicious white that will be difficult to resist.
