Description
BenMarco Winery was conceived as a winemaker’s expression of terroir, with wines crafted under the expert guidance of Edgardo Del Pópolo, one of Argentina’s most renowned viticulturists. The Chardonnay were harvested from Gualtallary, located at 1,300 m.a.s.l. (4,265 ft.) as one of the coldest appellations within Valle de Uco. The wine were barrel-fermented and aged in new and second-use French oak
barrels for 6 months.
Tasting Notes :
BenMarco Sin Límites Chardonnay is a wine that highlights the true character of its variety, offering citrus and floral aromas with subtle herbaceous notes, complemented by earthy, mineral undertones from the alluvial-calcareous soils of Gualtallary. With a well-balanced acidity, it presents an expressive and vibrant palate with good length.
