Description
Domaine de Tourelles is one of the oldest vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. All the grapes are organically grown, and the vinification is very minimally interventionist, in line with the philosophy of the estate (native yeast, low filtration, minimal addition of sulphur). The estate’s white cuvée is an blend of 65% Viognier, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Obeidi and 5% Muscat d’Alexandrie all fermented in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation.

Domaine de Tourelles Blanc seduces with white peach character and sublime perfume of white jasmine on the nose. This wine is surprisingly fresh and bursting with peach and apricot flavours. Beautifully balanced with an impressive backbone of elegant minerality. A delight to the senses.
