Description
Since 2021, this new cuvée, made with grapes selected at harvest time, extends the range of great white wines. « The fields at the bottom of the mountain » was chosen for its chalky soil, giving a mineral and salty profile. The East exposure is balanced by a mid-slope altitude.
Tasting Notes :
Pale gold with green shades. Fresh and refined bouquet developing flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruit combined with light oaky, smoky hints. Fresh, perfumed and smooth on palate with delicate spicy finish.
