Description
Domaine des Tourelles Rosé is composed of a blend of 40% Cinsault, 30% Tempranillo and 30% Syrah. Vineyards used for Domaine des Tourelles Rosé are located in the Western Bekaa, with the grapes coming from 15–20-year-old vines on sandy limestone soil. 100% manual harvest takes place. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 10 days. The Syrah component of the blend undergoes a short maceration and bleeding (a rosé saignée), while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are directly pressed.

On the nose, the wine showcases bright and lively aromas of fresh red berries, such as strawberry and raspberry, with subtle hints of citrus and flowers. On the palate, the wine is light and crisp, with flavors of juicy red fruits and a touch of minerality. The acidity is refreshing and balanced, providing a long and clean finish.
