An ancient voice in this corner of Magna Graeci, telling stories of women who have lived and continue to live in this enchanting and generous land. This beautiful new wine from Masseria Cuturi makes every toast feel special. Femininity, strength and connection to the land are the guiding threads of Femì, a wine that honors the history of Manduria while paving the way for a contemporary narrative. Made with 100% Negroamaro, the grapes were given a short maceration before fermenting in stainless steel tanks maintaining freshness and elegance.
Tasting Notes :
The colour of this beautiful wine is bright salmon pink with copper reflections. The nose is fresh, fine and elegant with hints of peach blossoms and small red fruits: currants and wild strawberries. Great freshness and acidity on the palate with a fresh, fruity and savory finish. The Femì is a very versatile wine and fits well to delicate dishes such as Risotto and seafood appetizers.
