Description
Taurasi Vigna Quattro Confini of Benito Ferrara was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Tufo, in the province of Avellino. It is produced entirely with Aglianico grapes, harvested only by hand at the end of October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for a few days in contact with the skins, in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 11 months, a part in second passage French barriques and the remaining part in steel, before being assembled and finally remaining in bottle for further 6-12 months.
