The production of Markus Schneider Holy Moly Syrah is a meticulous process that reflects Markus Schneider’s philosophy: Innovation in harmony with nature. The grapes are hand-picked at optimum ripeness to ensure quality and integrity. Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, followed by a long maturation in oak barrels, which gives the wine its distinctive texture and complexity. Dark ruby red. The bouquet is highly aromatic and dominated by a potpourri of dark forest berries. On the palate, there is a concentration of the aromas in their purest form. Compact, concentrated, reduced – truly a bomb in a wineglass. Certified vegan.
