Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria; predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz.
Tasting Notes :
This Shiraz displays a bright, deep garnet in the glass, accompanied by aromas of intense, rich red and black fruits, overlayed with dried florals and spice. This is a layered, generous wine with bounds of aromatic florals and spice, luscious red and black fruits paired with finely structured tannins and mouth-watering acidity.
