Description
The Whole Bunches cuvée from the Reverdy-Ducroux estate, from the Sancerre appellation, is distinguished by its uniqueness since it is a red wine from the Loire, a region more famous for its whites. This red Sancerre is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety, typical of this appellation. The choice of vinification in whole bunches makes it possible to bring aromatic complexity and a more marked tannic structure, while preserving the freshness and delicacy of the fruit.
Tasting Note :
On the glass reveals cherry-red colour, bouquet of red fruits, especially blackcurrant and blackberry. Freshness and nice balance on the palate, underpinned by an original tannic structure.
