Description
Marchesi Migliorati is a project aimed at recovering and developing high-potential vineyards in Abruzzo which have unfortunately been abandoned or neglected. Working biodynamically with varieties indigenous to Abruzzo, Marchesi Migliorati fermented the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo in stainless steel tanks for 15 days without temperature control before further aging for minimum of 6 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes :
The colour is ruby red. It is elegant at the nose with dark red fruit aromas. The taste is dry, long-lasting and persistent. Pairs perfectly well with light meat stew or medium flavored cheeses.
