Description
Izadi Larossa Negra is made from selection of old vineyards of garnacha which grow at stony soils, planted around 1975. It is aged for 6 months in used French and American oak barrels ensuring fruit leads the way, the resulting wine is a fresh, juicy and elegant red wine with clayish tannins and very pleasant to drink. A wine to enjoy easily without complications.
Tasting Notes :
Larrosa is a delicate red wine with aromas of violets, lavender and ripe wild fruits. Discrete smoky tones and a hint of rose pepper and cocoa remind of its short but well-spent time in barrels. A fruity and amicable wine with a velvety and long mouthfeel which finalizes with a hint of pencil lead. Fine and enveloping tannins provide a juicy and discretely dry sensation after each sip of the wine.
