It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet, with notes of red fruits, sweet spices and light floral nuances. In the mouth, it stands out for its well-defined structure, soft tannins and balanced freshness. Flavors of berries, blackcurrants and a pleasant spiciness emerge, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish. This wine pairs beautifully with lamb, partridge and mature cheeses.
