Château Chante Alouette is located in the heart of Saint-Emilion appellation, neighboring the Premier Grand Cru Classé “A” Château Pavie and the Grand Cru Classé La Gaffelière. The sandy soil on clay veins brings elegance, charm and suppleness to the wine and allows Château Chante-Alouette to claim the Grand Cru appellation each year. The blend consists of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc aged in 30% new French oak for 12 month.
