Description
Fine plots of land with deep soil located partly in Remigny and partly at the bottom of the Chassagne hillside, on the border of the communes of Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau. Rich soil, particularly suited to the production of “generic” Burgundy appellations: Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes :
The wine reveal a fragrant bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, complemented by floral notes and a touch of earthy minerality. On the palate, it offers a medium-bodied texture with bright acidity and fine tannins, featuring flavors of fresh red fruits, a hint of spice, and a long, smooth finish.
