Description
Slyrs Classic is the successor and evolution of the known 3 year old Single Malt of the distillery by the Schliersee. Now the distillery goes a step further and foregoes the age statement. With this 3 to 6 years old Malts can be married together for the Classic. Therefore, the bottling is older even when it is not stated on the label. Additionally, the bottle comes in a new design.
Slyrs Classic reveals aromas of very intense and complex fruity note with apricot and orange peel, plus the scent of fresh ginger and caramel. The taste has elegant structure with noticeable sweetness, aromas of marzipan and walnuts.
