Description
Kyrö Peat Smoke combines the Finnish terrain with their Rye Whisky using 100 % Finnish malted rye that is smoked using Finnish freshwater peat. Vatted together using mainly Kyrö Peat Smoke New American Oak, Ex-Bourbon barrels and additionally some Kyrö Malt Ex-Bourbon barrels.
This truly unique rye whisky gets its charm from the malt smoked in a barn with Finnish freshwater peat. Just like in the olden days in the north. The richness of the liquid is characterised by vanilla and waxy smoke on the nose.
