Description
Made from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier based on the 2019 vintage. Native Grace is inspired by the intricate woodcuts of English engraver and naturalist Thomas Bewick. This is a pinot-led blend from more fruit forward tanks to create a wine that is approachable while young. Full malolactic fermentation, stainless steel fermentation using champagne yeasts with approximately 30 months on lees.
Tasting Notes :
Fruit driven, with lots of strawberry and black cherry fruit aromas on the nose with hints of biscuit. On the palette there is creaminess, fleshy juiciness with aromas of peach, blood orange and ripe citrus. There is good structure and length and gentle mousse.
