Here, vines thrive at a sea level of up to 850 meters on steep, sun-soaked slopes against the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites. Michei Trento DOC Extra Brut are made with 100% Chardonnay and matures for 48 months on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes :
The sparkling wine provides a very fine perlage. The olfactory bouquet recalls fruity notes, vanilla and bread crust. The mouthfeel is savory and refreshing.
