Each bean undergoes a meticulous washed processing method. This labour-intensive technique involves carefully washing the coffee cherries to remove the fruit pulp before they are dried. The result is a clean, bright, and vibrant coffee that truly showcases the pure character of the bean. This process is fully controlled on-site at two independent wet mills, giving complete oversight from the moment the coffee cherry is picked until it’s ready for you.
The coffee greets your senses with a distinctly floral aroma. On the palate, you’ll discover a lively and elegant rose hip acidity that provides a refreshing brightness without being overpowering.
