Manicardi Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 4 Scudi is a high quality condiment obtained from selected musts and wine vinegars, an expression of the Emilian tradition, appreciated for its balance and aromatic complexity. The production involves a slow maturation in wooden barrels which helps to enrich the structure and harmonize the sweet and acid components. To the eye it has an intense and brilliant brown color, the nose offers enveloping aromas with sweet and sour notes and light woody nuances, while on the palate it is balanced, soft and persistent.
