Description
Summer truffles are hunted at the height of their ripeness and carefully selected. They are cut into thin slivers and then combined with a pistachio granella, creating a mix of Mediterranean flavours. They are preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and they can be used on meat, fish, pizza, salads, and eggs.
