Description
The hand-stretched breadsticks are the result of a slow manufacturing process and a careful selection of raw materials. Cravero used flours from the Sobrino Mill which, as in the past, stone-grinds varieties of fine traditional cereals. The long natural leavening, hand ironing and short cooking at high temperature make the breadsticks fragrant and tasty, ready for your aperitif or to be combined with your dishes.

The traditional breadstick without the addition of flavorings, consisting only of fundamental ingredients: type “0” soft wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer’s yeast and sea salt. Ideal when paired with cold cuts and cheeses.
