For lovers of spicy food, the De Carlo Family came up with this “explosive” recipe, based on local tradition, combining tomato pulp, dried chilli from the Agricola De Carlo farm, as well as garlic and salt. All topped, of course, with De Carlo’s extra-virgin olive oil.
