Description
A French pork terrine created by Maison Sauveterre subtly spiced with Espelette pepper. This pepper was introduced to the Basque country in the 16th century. Originally, it comes from the Antilles. It has the particularity of being very fragrant and easy to consume, since it is no stronger than pepper. Its fine and delicate taste perfectly enhances this pork terrine. To best enjoy this terrine, serve it chilled, on a piece of country bread. You can accompany it with cheese, onion chutney and a glass of red wine.
