A dove-shaped Easter cake that pays tribute to Piedmont and its chocolate-making tradition: a soft dough filled with delicious Domori gianduja cream.

Ingredients: Wheat flour ‘00’, gianduja cream 20% (cane sugar, vegetable fat, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower oil), hazelnut paste 13%, milk powder, cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower leticin), butter, sugar, egg yolk, dark chocolate 8% (cocoa min. 60% – cocoa nibs, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), Sourdough (flour 0, water), honey, E471 (mono-and glyceride of fatty acids), sea salt, barley malt. Frosting: almond flour, sugar, maize starch, egg white.

Allergens: gluten, butter, egg, hazelnut, milk. May contain soya, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, and other nuts.
