Description
Classic Domori Easter cake. The natural yeast dough is enhanced with dark chocolate drops and candied orange peel.
Ingredients: Wheat flour ‘00’, butter, diced candied orange 11% (orange, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, egg yolk, dark chocolate chips 9% (cocoa min. 60% – cocoa chips, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), sourdough starter (flour 0, water), honey, E471 (mono-and fatty acid glyceride), sea salt, barley malt. Frosting: almond flour, sugar, maize starch, egg white.
Allergens: gluten, soy, butter, egg, hazelnut, milk. May contain soya, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, and other nuts.
