Description
Salame Milano (Milano Salami) is an exquisite salami produced in the Milan area of northern Italy. Today, Milano salami is the best-selling and most used salami in Italy. In fact, it is the favorite hall of Italians. Only the best lean and fatty Italian pork is used. The meat is ground to the size of a grain of rice, seasoned with salt, garlic, broken black peppercorns and ground white pepper. The ripening process lasts between 3 and 9 weeks, depending on the diameter of the salami, in order to obtain a good consistency of the fatty and lean part. Salami Milano is characterized by a sweet and delicate taste. The slices have a bright ruby red color, a clearly defined harmonious aroma and a mild, delicate taste. The symbol of a crossed-out ear of wheat means gluten-free. It does not contain milk or milk derivatives.
