Guy Amiot

Since 1920, the Amiot family has deeply rooted itself in the soils and terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet, passing down their passion for winemaking through generations. Arsène and Flavie Amiot, founders of the estate, began a winemaking legacy that continues today with their great-grandsons, Thierry and Fabrice, representing the fourth generation.

The Domaine has remained under the stewardship of the same family for generations, with each successor preserving the estate’s legacy. This continuity ensures a commitment to traditional viticulture, free from speculative influences. Most of the domaine’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines were planted between the 1920s and 1930s, now naturally yielding low quantities of high-quality grapes. This dedication to time-honored techniques and attentive vine care is fundamental to the quality of our wines.
