Description
Obtained from 100% Merlot grapes from their Chiusurli vineyard situated 320 m. above sea level. The careful selection of the grapes is followed by vinification in steel after which it is aged in tonneaux.
Tasting Notes :
This wine with an intense ruby red color offers aromas of blackberry, blueberry and red plum on the nose, accompanied by notes of undergrowth and Mediterranean scrub. Finally, balsamic and spicy nuances emerge, with vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is full-bodied and well-structured, with a creamy and enveloping texture. Its freshness and minerality perfectly balance its softness, making it a refined and persistent wine, ideal to accompany red meats and aged cheeses.
