A modern and original bubble made with de-alcoholised wine. A project launched by the eclectic South Tyrolean Hofstatter, founder of the homonymous estate, from a selection of vineyards from Germany. The innovative technique involves separating the alcohol without compromising the varietal and aromatic notes of the grapes, giving life to a practically non-alcoholic sparkling wine, but at the same time fresh and lively.

Fresh and crisp, with a fine mousse. A harmonious blend of aromatic stone fruit and white floral flavors, with a perfectly balanced streak of acidity.
