In the early 80s Enzo Manicardi fell in love with the hills of Castelvetro, in Emilia-Romagna. Here the combination of ancient peasant traditions and new technological frontiers lead Enzo to create wines with a deep territorial character.100% Pignoletto. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for the production of the base wine. After a short period of maturation in steel, the wine is transferred to an autoclave for refermentation according to the Martinotti Method.

Tasting Note :
Pignoletto Dell’Emilia Frizzante has a straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with an enveloping fragrance of floral notes, where the delicate scents of hawthorn blend harmoniously. In the mouth, it manifests itself with a lively freshness and a pleasant savory scent, which delights the palate with its elegance and refinement.
