Description

Originally, this fruit was planted in the middle of vineyards to warn winegrowers of the arrival of a fungal disease called powdery mildew. Indeed, its downy skin is hypersensitive to this fungus. It was harvested very ripe during the grape harvest and was eaten as a dessert with chilled wine.

This wine-colored nectar, with its velvety texture, will seduce you with its freshness and aromatic power, its almond notes, as well as its slight refreshing bitterness.
