Lemongrass, star anise and rosehip make for a bold combination here in an infusion with fresh, lively and fruity flavours of lemon and clementine. Combining with a gently woody note of vanilla, this infusion delivers a warm and deliciously sweet beverage that brings to mind boiled candies.
