The Valpolicella Classico is the starting point for its simplicity, but precisely for this reason it is the mirror of the winemaker’s style. Ettore used to say “The Valpolicella is the business card of a winery. Only those who know how to make a good Valpolicella can make great wines”. Planted with all indigenous varieties, this is a small family venture in producing the classic Valpolicella wines – fresh, vibrant with a light hand in the cellar. 35% Corvina 30% Corvinone 25% Rondinella 5% Dindarella 5% Molinara. Fermented and aged in Stainless Steel.
Tasting Notes :
Fresh and fruity nose with red cherry, hard black cherry, raspberry notes. Coffee and pepper notes in the background. Sapid and dry, with a good acidity that confers freshness and makes the wine very drinkable. Medium bodied, well balanced by a fresh acidity.
